Retraite Swedish Spring Glow by Ad CAELIA

April 26-28, 2024 - Swedish Spring Glow

Join us for a three-day weekend to center yourself and prepare your body for a radiant spring and summer!

An unforgettable wellness experience

During this royal long weekend, you will have the opportunity to embark on a rejuvenating journey, living in harmony with beneficial wellness practices:

  • Daily sessions of yoga and meditation to nurture your body and reconnect with your inner aspirations.
  • Enriching learning and exchanges with our founder, naturopath, and skin expert, Claire Andréewitch, during two workshops: one focused on nutrition, and another on holistic beauty (routines and self-massage with the Ad CAELIA skincare brand).
  • A sauna and lake bathing session/ritual: a perfect introduction to the benefits of "cryotherapy" together.

  • All of this is designed to help you relax, disconnect from daily stress and obligations, in a breathtaking environment. And let's not forget the sumptuous, ultra-clean meals - including vegan and vegetarian options - made from raw, fresh, and seasonal ingredients, nourishing both your body and mind!

Make the most of your free time with a lakeside stroll, a relaxing moment by the pool, a soothing read under one of the centuries-old trees in the hotel's park, or treat yourself to a pure relaxation experience at the spa.

This retreat is an opportunity to celebrate the renewal of spring and to support both your body and mind in this essential transition of the year. While late autumn and winter invite more introspection and rest, spring and summer are a call to action, movement, and self-expression. Thanks to the good practices that nourish the soul and body, along with targeted advice on nutrition and beauty, you will leave your retreat with boundless energy!

Get ready to radiate beauty and vitality for the beautiful days ahead!
