→ 1. Moisturize your skin before starting so the Gua Sha can glide smoothly.
→ 2. Place the curved side of the Gua Sha against your jawline, cheekbones, or chin and make outward strokes, following the natural curve of your face.
→ 3. With the wavy side, gently glide the tool from the center of your forehead and cheeks outwards to tone your skin and release tension.
→ 4. With the flat end, glide from the center of your forehead towards your temples.
→ 5. Repeat each movement 5-10 times with firm but gentle pressure.
