- 1. Moisturize your skin before starting so that the Gua Sha can slide easily.
- 2. Place the curved side of the Gua Sha against the jaw, cheekbones or chin and make movements from the inside to the outside, following the natural curve of your face.
- 3. With the wavy side, gently slide the tool from the center of the forehead and cheeks outwards to tone the skin and release tension.
- 4. With the flat tip, slide from the center of the forehead to the temples.
- 5. Repeat each movement between 5-10 times with firm but pleasant pressure.
