CALM INFUSION:
→ To prepare your infusion, put one teaspoon of the herbal blend in a cup. Then strain. Alternatively, use 1 sachet per cup.
→ Add your simmering water, ideally at 95°C (203°F). Let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
